These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WooCommerce Easy Attribute Manager plugin (“WEAM”, “the Plugin”, “Software”) provided by WEAM (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at Herptseweg 6A, 5656 JH Oudheusden, The Netherlands.
By downloading, installing, or using WEAM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.

## 2. License Grant
### 2.1 Free Version
The Free version of WEAM is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+). You may use, modify, and distribute the Free version in accordance with the GPL license terms.
### 2.2 Pro and Ultimate Versions
The Pro and Ultimate versions are licensed software. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
– Install and use the Plugin on the number of websites specified in your license tier
– Receive updates and support for the duration of your active subscription
You may NOT:
– Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Plugin
– Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
– Use the Plugin on more websites than your license permits

## 3. Payment and Subscriptions
### 3.1 Payment Processing
All payments for Pro and Ultimate licenses are processed by Freemius, Inc. as the authorized reseller and merchant of record. By purchasing a license, you also agree to [Freemius Terms of Service](https://freemius.com/terms/).
### 3.2 Subscription Renewal
Licenses are subscription-based and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Freemius account.
### 3.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. Refund requests must be made via email to info@weam.nl. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

## 4. Disclaimer of Warranties
**THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.**
We do not warrant that:
– The Plugin will meet your specific requirements
– The Plugin will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
– The results obtained from using the Plugin will be accurate or reliable
– Any errors in the Plugin will be corrected

## 5. Limitation of Liability
**TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEAM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:**
– Loss of profits, revenue, or data
– Business interruption
– Loss of goodwill
– Cost of substitute goods or services
– Any other intangible losses
**ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLUGIN, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.**
### 5.1 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
### 5.2 Essential Purpose
The limitations of liability set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and WEAM. WEAM would not be able to provide the Plugin on an economically reasonable basis without such limitations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WEAM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

– Your violation of these Terms
– Your violation of any third-party rights

## 7. Third-Party Services
The Plugin operates within WordPress and WooCommerce environments. We are not responsible for:
– Changes to WordPress or WooCommerce that affect Plugin functionality
– Third-party plugins or themes that conflict with WEAM
– Hosting environments or server configurations

## 8. Support
### 8.1 Free Version
Support is provided via documentation and FAQ at weam.nl. No guaranteed response time.
### 8.2 Pro Version
Email support with response within 48 business hours.
### 8.3 Ultimate Version
Priority email support with response within 24 business hours.
Support does not include:
– Customization beyond Plugin features
– Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes
– Server or hosting issues

## 9. Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or address security issues. Updates are:
– Free version: Distributed via WordPress.org
– Pro/Ultimate: Distributed via Freemius to active license holders
We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely. The Plugin may reach end-of-life at our discretion.

## 10. Termination
### 10.1 By You
You may stop using the Plugin at any time by uninstalling it.
### 10.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you:
– Violate these Terms
– Use the Plugin for illegal purposes
– Redistribute paid versions without authorization
Upon termination, you must cease using the Plugin and delete all copies.

## 11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Freemius terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and WEAM regarding the Plugin.
